We're seeking passionate, fun-loving, and adventurous individuals to join our crew for an incredible 2-week sailing journey from St. Augustine, Florida, to the stunning Green Cay Marina in St. Croix. As a member of our crew, you'll have the opportunity to learn and participate in all aspects of sailing, from navigation and weather forecasting to marine ecology and yacht maintenance.
We ask that you cover airfare and travel expenses to and from the Spellbound. All provisions and your bunk aboard the Spellbound are covered. We only ask for your active participation maintaining and sailing the boat!

We are seeking adventurous and enthusiastic crew members to join Captain John Evans on an exhilarating two-week voyage from St. Augustine, Florida, to the stunning Green Cay Marina in St. Croix, setting sail in mid-May.

Extensive sailing experience with 4000 miles as Captain on Spellbound
Won Newport to Bermuda race as navigator
Accomplished collegiate sailor and certified sailing instructor with 4 years of experience
Won Atlantic Nationals in 2023
Extensive sailing and delivery experience on multiple boats
CPR, first aid, and scuba certified
Works remotely as a software developer, able to work on Spellbound in most conditions
